By downloading or using yPrompt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
yPrompt grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
Some features require an active subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.
A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content. Use of the app for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
Disclaimer
yPrompt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
